RETURNS

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?

If, within 30 days, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email or call our Customer Service Center to obtain a Return Authorization number. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at our expense. Merchandise returned for any other reason will be credited for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original, unused condition.

SIZING

XSMALL knit hats usually fit 0-6 months.
SMALL knit hats fit approximately 6 months- 18 months
MEDIUM knit hats fit approximately 18 months and up

Many of our knit hats are made from a very stretchy 100% acrylic yarn. You will be surprised at the size range they can accommodate!

How do I know my head size?

If you don't know your head size, grab a tape measure and measure the circumference of your head just above the ears and halfway up your forehead (ie where you would wear your hat). Do this 3 times and take an average reading. Use this measurement to determine your hat size according to the table below:

Hat Size 6 7/8 = 55cm =21 1/2"
Hat Size 7 =56cm = 21 7/8"
Hat Size 7 1/8 = 57cm = 22 1/4"
Hat Size 7 1/4 = 58cm = 22 5/8"
